Die Forschungsgruppe "Computergestützte Systemmedizin" ist in das CTH und in die Präventive Kardiologie und Medizinische Prävention (PKMP) der Klinik für Kardiologie integriert. Die Arbeitsgruppe verwendet systemmedizinische Ansätze, um klinische, genetische und phänotypische Exposomendaten mit Lipidomik-, Proteomik- und Metabolomikdaten zu integrieren, die aus standardisierten Massenspektrometrietechniken gewonnen wurden, um Herzinsuffizienz besser zu verstehen.

Forschungsschwerpunkte

  • Systemmedizinische Analyse der klinischen und molekularen Heterogenität der Herzinsuffizienz
  • Identifizierung neuer molekularer Marker von Herzinsuffizienz-Subtypen
  • Vorhersage der Entwicklung einer Herzinsuffizienz mit einem systemmedizinischen Multi-Omics-Ansatz
  • Charakterisierung metabolischer Signaturen bei Herzinsuffizienz mit Einzelzell-RNA-Sequenzierung
