Public transport to the conference venue
The venue can be reached by metro: take line 4 (towards Garbsen) or line 5 (towards Stöcken) and get off at "Herrenhäuser Gärten".
Your way to Hanover
Hannover is an excellent transport hub and easily accessible by German and European railway service.
From Hanover Central Station it is easiest to take a 5 minutes walk to the metro station "Kröpcke" to get on line 4 or 5.
Hanover has its own airport and can thus comfortably reached by plane.
From Hanover Airport Terminal C the S-Bahn 5 train runs to Hanover Central Station.
From Hamburg Airport, 170 km north of Hanover, it is an approx. 2 hours trip by high speed train (ICE). The train journey from Berlin international airports takes approx. 2 hours as well.
For overseas visitors: From Frankfurt Airport it takes about 3 hours by train.
From the north or south: Motorway A7/A35 to A2
From the east or west: Motorway A2
Then take "Herrenhausen" exit (highway B6) in the direction of "Zentrum" (city center).
