Florian Steinbach began his studies of pharmacy in 2010. In 2016 he received his license to practice as a pharmacist. Within his practical year he worked at the Institute for Pharmacy of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in the group of Prof. Dr. Helm, where he did research on modifications of small interfering RNAs.
Since February 15th 2017 he is PhD student at the Institute of Translational Immunology of the University Medical Center of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz under the direction of Prof. Dr. Dr. Schuppan. His topic is: “The role of macrophages and dendritic cells in scleroderma and other organ fibrosis.”
