Uncovering the Spatial Biology of RNA with RNAscope™: Validation of Transcriptomic Data

Join us for an exciting seminar on RNAscope, a powerful technology for analyzing gene expression in tissues and cells. RNAscope provides an out of the box solution that renders running an in situ hybridization as easy as running immunohistochemistry. This seminar will provide an overview of RNAscope technology and its applications from cancer research to neuroscience and beyond and focus on validating transcriptmoic data with single cell resolution. In addition, we are excited that Dr. Soshnikova, Institute for Molecular Medicine, University Medical Center, Mainz will conclude the seminar by showcasing examples from her work.
