Upcoming Events

This workshop is designed to fit the needs of scientists in the Life Sciences. Key concepts and terms in project management will be introduced and the participants will have many opportunities to immediately apply what they have learned to their current projects. The participants will learn, for example, how to properly plan a project, how to define goals, how to organize their workdays, to achieve their goals and how to have effective meetings. Additonally, we will talk about expectations and responsibilities that come along when you take on a project. Often, these are not explicitly communicated and can lead to frictions during the course of a project. At the end of the workshop, the particpants will have clarity about their next steps to move their project forward.
