Career plan

The career plan is the core of each fellowship. It contains alle essential information regarding the clinical training, research, course program and mentoring and evaluation and shows their (temporal) interaction to reach a self-defined goal, e.g. medical specialist, own research group or habilitation. The career plan is part of the initial application and is adaped throughout the fellowship.
