Dear Sir or Madam,

As employee in the FMOD area of responsibility, you provide a significant contribution to peace and security of the people in Germany, Europe, and the world. This job requires a high degree of personal commitment. Sometimes, you experience stress or even threat situations in doing your job that may have negative effects on your physical and mental health. But the health of the personnel is an essential good that must be protected. Appropriate measures that strengthen personal resources and minimise stress factors may prevent negative job effects on the health of the personnel.
This is why FMOD decided to introduce "Corporate Health Management" at all agencies / organizations throughout Germany, focusing on "Corporate Health Promotion", "Occupational Safety and Health" and "Leadership and Organization". Both, the questionnaire and the selected measures, have been developed on the basis of the findings of the trial and test project conducted at eleven agencies in 2015.
In order to be able to offer requirement-oriented and agency-specific measures, continuous (re-)evaluation of the workplace environment and of the health perception of all employees is required. Only this way, stress factors can be identified and target group-oriented intervention strategies developed in a continuously changing working environment. By determining the actual status and conducting a survey recurring in intervals (approx. 2-3 years later), the success of the offered measures can in addition be assessed and potential modification requirements identified.

Your participation and data protection

Getting a representative image of the work and health situation of all employees, requires maximum participation in the survey.
We therefore would like to invite you, as the expert of your work, to participate in the online employee survey "AIGScreenBw". Participation in this survey, of course, is voluntary and cannot be orderd by superiors. You may end your participation at any time or leave individual questions unanswered. This will not entail any disadvantage for you. Approx. 15 minutes are required to complete the questionnaire. You can also temporarily store your information and continue later.
In order to enable longitudinal monitoring, your data are collected in a pseudonomised manner. That means, all participants in the survey use a self-generated individual code used to link data from different surveys. Only you know this code.
It is necessary to link your information to your agency in order to be able to assess the specific situation at each agency and derive measures that are at most in line with requirements. To this end, please enter the agency code below in the designated field.
Evaluation of the survey results will be anonymous across many employees so the information cannot be traced back to individual persons. Personal data collected (e.g. age, gender, etc.) exclusively serve statistical and research purposes and are accessible only by the scientific assistants involved in this study.
The survey will be conducted within the scope of a special research project of Bundeswehr Medical Service Headquarters (Research number: 06KS-S-63 1619). It has been registered at Bundeswehr Medical Academy and approved by the Federal Ministry of Defence (Registration numbers 3/01/17 and 3/04/18). In addition, the project was submitted to and approved by the Ethics Committee of Rhineland-Palatinate and the Commissioner for Data Protection of Bundeswehr Medical Service Headquarters.
