Approximately 600 people with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection at least six months before the examination date will be examined.
On the one hand, participants of the population-based Gutenberg COVID-19 Study (GCS) with a past SARS-CoV-2 infection will be invited to the examination. Extensive preliminary data - including (sub)clinical phenotyping and molecular data such as protein profiles and genetics - are already available for these participants.
On the other hand, individuals who have received inpatient care / intensive care at the University Medical Center Mainz due to a COVID-19 disease will be examined.
Participation in the study is only possible upon explicit invitation.
