Cancer survivors can suffer even a long time after successful treatment from a number of quality of life and psychosocial implications. Although in Germany lung cancer is the third most common cancer in men and women, there is comparatively little knowledge on these issues.
In a multicenter cross-sectional study, we want to learn from lung cancer survivors the extent to which quality of life and mental wellbeing are affected, the extent to which vocational rehabilitation has been successful in younger patients and if financial problems exist. This will help us optimising health care services and specific interventions for lung cancer survivors
