Study biological complexity with single-cell RNAseq and multiomics

Understanding gene regulation and single-cell heterogeneity often requires information about both protein expression and RNA including the profiling of full-length (antigenspecific) B cell and T cell receptors. There are few technologies that allow concurrent examination of both types of molecules in a single experiment with a single readout.
