Since 2020, University Medical Center Mainz has already conducted five comprehensive research projects on COVID-19 and Post-COVID. Our work addresses both the physical and psychosocial effects of the pandemic, investigates the assessment of infection incidence, and focuses extensively on Post-COVID as well as the effectiveness of various therapeutic approaches. Our study samples currently comprise nearly 25,000 participants in total — providing a strong foundation for generating reliable insights into pandemics and sustainably improving healthcare for affected individuals.
