The UNLIMITED consortium will launch the network with a combined Kick-off Meeting and Training Week bringing together Doctoral Candidates (DCs), supervisors, and partners for the first time. The program includes team-building activities, project presentations, scientific lectures, and dedicated transferable-skills training to support career development and resilience.

UNLIMITED Training school II - New techniques in lipid metabolism and immunology

Overview

Training School II of the UNLIMITED Doctoral Network focuses on advanced concepts and cutting-edge methodologies in lipid metabolism and immunology. The programme combines the annual UNLIMITED symposium, high-level scientific lectures, hands-on laboratory training, and transferable-skills workshops to strengthen both scientific expertise and career development of Doctoral Candidates.

UNLIMITED Workshop I - Introduction to metabolomics and metabolic pathway analysis

Overview

This workshop introduces Doctoral Candidates to the fundamental concepts and experimental approaches of metabolomics and metabolic pathway analysis. The programme combines theoretical lectures with practical laboratory training, providing a solid foundation in metabolomics technologies, data interpretation, and standardized quantitative analysis relevant to immunometabolism research.

UNLIMITED Training School III – Bioinformatics & Data Analysis Approaches

Overview

Training School III equips Doctoral Candidates with essential bioinformatics, data science, and computational biology skills required to analyse and interpret complex omics datasets. The programme combines the annual UNLIMITED symposium, dedicated bioinformatics training, and transferable-skills workshops with a strong focus on gender equality, diversity, and leadership in science.
