15.04.2025 Congratulations to Prof. Berod (Institute for Molecular Medicine), who will be leading the new EU-funded Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Network “UNLIMITED” (Understanding Lipid Immunometabolism to treat Disease). Over the next four years, 15 PhD candidates will be trained at top-tier institutions across Europe by experts in immunology, metabolism, bioinformatics, and drug development. The program aims to develop innovative immunotherapies by exploring how lipid metabolism shapes immune cell function. With €4.5 million in funding, UNLIMITED stands to accomplish research excellence, international collaboration and strong academic-industry synergy. A defining feature of UNLIMITED is its strong emphasis on collaboration between research and industry with local and international associated partners including Actitrexx (Mainz), Sanofi (Frankfurt a.M.), Samplix ApS (Denmark), and others.
The IMMH congratulates all involved partners and associates on this incredible success!
