Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacogenetics

Univ.- Prof. Dr. Leszek Wojnowski deals with the field of clinical pharmacology and pharmacogenetics with a focus on:

• The transmission of adverse drug reactions, such as toxicities and disease dispositions to subsequent generations.

• The importance of transcription profiles for individualization of cancer treatments, especially with topoisomerase II inhibitors in acute myeloid leukemia.

• The development of IT tools Pharmafrog, Rheuma-VOR, How to prescribe correctly? to improve the safety and understanding of pharmacotherapy.
