    Prof. Yehezkel Ben-Ari from the University of Aix-Marseille, France (INMED), will be speaking at the FTN Seminar Series. His lecture's title is “The genocentric approach is unsuited to understand and treat brain disorders: the case of autism”.

    Yehezkel Ben-Ari has made many important discoveries on brain development including the excitatory/inhibitory shift of GABA actions, the excitatory role of GABA in epilepsies and other brain disorders, the maturation of neuronal and network activities etc. He is author of more than 500 publications and one of the 100 most cited neuroscientists worldwide.

    Following the lecture, you are invited to meet with Prof. Ben-Ari for an informal question and answer session and enjoy some soup.
