Exploration and Visualization of single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) with iSEE

Organizer: Bioinformatics Core Facility BIUM-MZ and the Bioinformatics group at the IMBEI

This will be a hands-on workshop, where participants will receive an overview of the iSEE tool, as well as a variety of use cases that you can solve by using it. If participants already have their own single-cell data, they are invited to bring it along - we will try to have some unstructured time to set up iSEE for that.

Please note that this course does NOT cover the analysis of single-cell/bulk data.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to use iSEE for data exploration, modeling, and interpretation, with the confidence to apply this to their own datasets.

Target audience: : Life and medical scientists who have some familiarity with scRNA-seq data, and ideally have some knowledge about R and statistics.

Technial setup: : A Wi-Fi enabled laptop with the latest version of R and Bioconductor installed is required.
