Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA)
Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) is a tool which can be used to
interpret and analyze omics data, and to identify new biomarkers in the
context of biological systems. The University Medical Center has an IPA
license; if you plan to use IPA, just contact the Core Facility
Bioinformatics (BIUM (MZ)) asking for an account.
