IRTG Retreat 2021

This virtual IRTG Retreat, titled "Graduated! What next?" took place on 23-24th Semptember, 2021, and was all about career development. So, experts gave key note lectures about how to make a career choice and informed about funding options for young researchers. The doctoral candidates discussed very lively the advantages and disadvantages between working in the academic and the business sector, and discussed how to tackle the different challenges. In the evening, experienced colleagues from science and pharmaceutical industry as well as IRTG alumni talked about their career paths as well as their tasks and challenges in their daily business.
