This course covers the basics of mass spectrometry-based proteomics and metabolomics. Based on relevant recent application studies we introduce all crucial aspects of the pipeline from sample application up to data interpretation.

Methodology: Theoretical and practical input by the trainer by showing examples. Participants can send their questions and areas of interest to TransMed prior to the course.
