Day 1 (3h): Lecture

2) What are Biomarker?
3) Next Generation Sequencing: Identification of new Biomarkers through NGS
4) Applications in Medicine

Day 2 (3h): Application and tour of the NGS facility
2 groups each 5 person. Illumina HiSeq 2500
