Introduction to Mass Spectrometry-based Proteomics

Within this online course, a basic introduction of mass spectrometry will be provided and the workflow from sample preparation to data interpretation as well as example applications and how to set up a mass spectrometric experiment will be addressed.

Methodology:
Theoretical and practical input by the trainer by showing examples. Participants can send their questions and areas of interest to TransMed prior to the course.

Target audience: TransMed Fellows (doctoral candidates, postdocs and clinician scientists)

Maximum number of participants: unlimited

Preparation: Please send your questions and areas of interest within proteomics  to TransMed up to one week before the course.
