The registration at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz is possible at any time and not bound to any deadlines.

Important Notice: Due to the system migration from CampusNet to HISinOne, it will not be possible for PhD candidates to process registrations and enrollments from September 30, 2026, through November 9, 2026. Therefore, we ask to complete all ongoing procedures until September 30, 2026.
As of November 9, 2026, new applications can be submitted via HISinOne.
