What to do with a PhD?

Outside of academic research, suitability assessments of candidates are rarely based solely on their academic background and qualifications. Personality traits and the ability to interact with others play an important role.

This highly interactive workshop aims to make participants aware of what is expected of them and what they have to offer. They will be given an overview of various career options in the public and private sectors as well as in the non-profit sector. Fields of activity and job profiles will be presented in more detail based on the personality requirements of the job holders. In the second part, participants will be supported in examining their own personality profiles and motivations in order to decide which activities are best suited to them.

Methodology: Trainer input, presentations, group work, individual work
