IRTG Retreat 2023

Within the framework of the CRC 1292 symposium, this IRTG Retreat took place on 10th July, 2023 in Höhr-Grenzhausen. Talks about the pros and cons of different career paths were given, folllowed by small group discussions about the topics: career issues, going abroad during the PhD/PostDoc, communication issues, soft skills in academia, and clinical drug development process. The results of these discussions were presented and discussed with the whole group.
